3D/4D Ultrasound! Question!

I'm having the 3D/4D ultrasound done this week...it will be 26 weeks that day.  The tech at the place I go to recommended doing it at 27-28 weeks.  LO has been measuring a week further along in my first two ultrasounds (he was 9in long and 14oz at 19 weeks).  I'm just worried that he isn't going to have "filled out" enough by now.  So my question is have any of you had the 3D/4D done this early or know someone who has?!?!  I'm just parannoyed and would like some reassurance that we'll be seeing cute, chubby cheeks on Thursday and not just skin and bone!! :-)

    My pic in my sig was done at 19 weeks 5 days. I think it turned out very sweet and he looks like a baby instead of an alien at this point.

    I'm having mine done on August 1st I'll be just at 28 weeks. I've seen a few girls who have had their done around 25 and 26 weeks and the pictures turned out great it just all depends on your baby.

    Oh and good luck you must post pictures after you have it done I love seeing the 3D pictures

    I had one done at 25 weeks and she wasn't skin and bones at all.  She had the chubbiest little arms...it was so cute!  She refused to look at the camera though so we are going back on Friday (I'll be 27w 2d then).  GL and have fun!

    We are going at 25 weeks so I was wondering the same thing---great to know others have had good experiences with this.  My doc recommended between 22-26 weeks because when the baby gets bigger and there is not much space she said its hard to get a face pic.  Good luck!

    I'm having mine done at 26 weeks also.  I've looked up pictures of the 3d ultrasounds at 26 weeks on google and they look good.  The place I'm going to said they wanted to do the ultrasound after 27 weeks but I'm so busy that month that the day I have mine is the ONLY day i can get it done.  The lady said it was fine and asked what size pants I was pre pregnancy, I guess that gave her an idea at my frame and if we'd get good pics. IDK  I'm sure you'll get good pics.

    My High Risk Doctor did my 2nd 3D one last week at 24 w 1 day. He looked MUCH better than his 21 w 4 day one that was done. He is measuring 4 weeks ahead though so he looked more like a 28 w 1 day old baby. I have pics that I can send if anyone is intrested.

    Thank you so much for the replies!!  All your all's pictures look awesome!  Now I'm feel pretty confident that our little guy will look pretty good :-)
