I know we've all done it... used some (real/fake) symptom of pregnancy to get out of doing something we didn't want to do.
Here's mine: After church EVERY Sunday MIL/FIL always go to the same nasty?restaurant?for breakfast. Before I was pregnant I would have looked snobby if I refused to go, but now I just say that the smell of their food makes me sick. (totally fake)
Let me hear yours...?

:popping over:
I'm a teacher, and I used it to get out of recess duty. I told them it hurt my swollen feet to stand that long at a time
At first I was like "What???? You turned down a trip to Vegas" but then I started to think about it and you are sooooo right. I would just be so jealous and pissed the whole time at those girls in nearly nothing with fake boobs and no stretch marks. (then I would look at a pic of DS and realize that my less-than perfect body was worth it) ?
Cleaning the bathrooms-The chemicals made me feel funny, almost high-like but not with the same good feeling.
Pulling weeds-I just couldn't bend over anymore. I felt like I was being suffocated. Also, both times I have been pregnant in the middle of an AZ summer so it just got too damn hot for me.
the only things i have gotten out of were a bbq (because any meat-the look, smell or taste of it made me sick)-and i didn't want to get out of that. and cooking-but only because i would be in the middle of cooking something and would run to the br and puke my brains out, so DH had no choice, and after a while he didn't even ask anymore.
I guess my biggest things are day to day activities. I'm not allowed to do too much so DH, friends and family have become very protective. In the first tri I had to just take it east on a few things. Now DH won't let me life more than 5lbs or bend over too far.
Also, no more cat box. If I'm not up for something, I just say so and I don't have to do it.
Yeah me too! Although my wonderful mother did come over about 2 months ago to paint our bathroom when we unexpectedly had to remodel it and she did come over again this weekend to paint the nursery. She didn't want me to have to paint (and I hate painting, so who was I to refuse). Thats pretty much all though.
Doing dishes, taking out the trash, going to work (only once), pretty much anything I can get away with.
I'm going to have to use it sometime this week so I can go sign escrow papers! I'm not thrilled, but they want to charge us $100 a day for every day we're late closing. Sometimes buying a house can suck!
Make a pregnancy ticker
well hate to admit it but sometimes getting up and going to church, usually if I don't wanna go I'm pretty tired. Also going to the movies if its a movie I don't want to see.
My husband used it to get out of a BBQ he didnt really feel like going to, "yeah my wife isnt feeling well (total lie we went out to dinner later that night) so I think we're just going to stay home" It worked.
I did use it to get out of work once, but I was really sick like head in the toliet sick. Yuck...But other than that I dont really use it has an excuse to get out of doing things.
going to the gym.... i told hubby numerous times that i was too sick, but all i was, was just lazy.
Cooking.. pretty much same excuse
Now that I am acutally bigger (not huge mind you), but showing reasonably and my feet are swelling at time....my hubby gets me anything I need. I can get up (and sometime do...I am not completely lazy), but he seems to think that he needs to do it so I let him. I love him for it b/c he is taking care of me and doing such a great job. The effort he puts forth is awesome and believe me I do not take it for granted.
Also, I used the pregnancy for a sick day once...just b/c I was tired and wanted to lay around all day. I didn't even feel guilty. :-)
