yes a foot!..lol.. she's laying diagonal and I can actually feel her pressing on my ribs with her feet...it SUCKS... try an ice pack on your stomach in the rib area...if it is the LO, they don't like cold and will move and you'll get some temporary relief- that is if you are experiencing the same thing!
My back has been killing me for 2 or 3 weeks now. I really need to get that referral to the chiro because it's just getting worse. I tell everybody that LO is curled up with my spine.
Try taking a warm bath and some tylenol. It's the only thing that helps me. Unfortunately the pain comes right back for me but at least I get some temporary relief.

I've had this same cramp for about 2 weeks- it's from LO's foot in my rib :-)
Would a heating pad help? Or a warm/mildly hot bath??

OMG. the ice pack totally helped.
It's still sore from the cramp, so I'm going to heat it & take some Tylenol, but I think he moved!! thank you!
