I know, it sounds so dumb and so "1st trimester-ish" but I can't help but feel guilty for chowing down a hotdog. I told myself that it was going to be fine, that I will not allow myself to feel paranoid and look at me now, Googling away and praying that the hotdog didn't contain listeria.

I have eaten so many hotdogs...its really crazy. I cook them to death, and love love love them. Can't get enough, really...

As long as you didn't eat the hot dog cold and slimy, don't worry about Listeria.
And a little bit of nitrate/ites won't hurt.
