  I was looking for the same thing, checked the same places, and came up empty handed.  In desperation, I started checking every store in the mall and ended up finding one at JCPenney.  It was simple and cute and was on clearance for about $19.  They had a fair amount in various toddler and little girl sizes.  I don't know if they have the baby sizes, but my guess is that they would.

  I haven't seen it in person, so I'm not sure if there's a way to take that big bow off (I'm personally not a fan of it).
