Well I haven't delivered yet, but at 34w4d, I was measuring 45 weeks and 50inchs around (DH got bored in the exam room and decided to measure my circumference). My growth slowed down around 30 weeks, I measured 44 weeks at 32 and 33 weeks, but had a large jump in the 20ish weeks.

No idea; the OB I had for the last 7 weeks didn't believe in measuring if you're having twins; he thought the u/s measurements were a lot more important and reliable. I do know I was measuring 8 weeks ahead before I switched to him. I delivered at 38w and would guess I was measuring in the 45-48 range by delivery. I was pretty darn big--around as well as fundal height.
I measured 42 cm this week at my 32+ week appt. It probably also depends on how tall you are- the taller you are the more room you might have for things to spread out in your torso. One of the nurses at my OB's office told me 8-10 cm ahead is kind of average but everyone is different.
My last appt was at 37 weeks and I was measuring 57! I ended up going to the full 38, but did not have another appt, so my guess would be 58 or 59 weeks.
