I admit, I do not know the specifics of AP but do you really need your own board? Is it that hard to post a thread elsewhere? There will always be people that disagree with you. And what's the deal with circumcision?
For the record, I'm an EPer who cosleeps, CDs, makes all my own organic babyfood and cleaning products, did not have DS circumcised, Ergo wearing, wooden toys only except for Sophie and Gnon pie, French lullabye listening, pesco-lacto-ovo vegetarian, full-time dentist that lives in Alaska. and I have 1 cat named rudy.
what am I?
Re: your own board, really?
as far as having an AP board, the reason i feel like it's a nice idea is that those who identify themselves as APers (which you might as well) are spread out over so many boards - the 0-6, 6-12, etc. boards, SaIF, PAL, EFF, BFing and on and on. when i have a question that i'd love answered by like-minded mamas, it would be awesome to have a place where i know lots of those mamas hang out! for example i can post a Q on the BF board, and get a few great responses. but i am missing the input of tons of other APers b/c i don't go around posting that Q on every board on the nest. does that make sense?
i hope that helps as far as explaining why we'd like our own board (or at least why i would

But really, circumcision, EP, CD, toy choices, and eating habits aren't related to AP. However, if you practice all or most of the 8 tenets of attachment parenting you could identify yourself as an AP family if you wanted to.
I'm actually all for APing and think it would be great to have your own board. I prefer to parent by intuition which most of the time ends up resembling AP anyways. As you can see, there are not many Alaskans here - so feel free to post:)
