Wheatgrass is still working

So relieved! After months of 18 - 25 range FSH last month was 6.5 with 82 E2.  This mornings BW, FSH 9.4 with 35 E2. Im assuming its the wheatgrass because I started it a few weeks before the 6.5. It AWFUL! but Im gonna keep chokin' it down!

    is ther a reason why you do the juice instead of the pills (which are not too nasty)? i actually couldn't even find the juice, just pills and powder.

    I didnt have an improvement on the frozen so I went to fresh. I was told that it breaks down after 10 minutes so fresh is best. It is hard to find if your not right in a city, I go to a Jamba Juice thats out of my way in the morning to get it.
