Hes too young for lotion right..so is there anything i can do?

Just leave it alone and it should go away in under 10 days. He's just shedding his "newborn" skin - totally normal. You'll also probably notice it on his feet.

My LO had this too. We did put Johnson's baby lotion on it after a while. LO had dry skin all over. The lotion didn't bother him.

You can rub vasoline on them and then cover them with mittens or socks. Works just fine.
