Are ANY playards/pack-n-plays

designed for more than one child to be in them ever? ?(Besides the Graco 'twin bassinet' feature, which then says only one child should be in the regular pack-n-play anyway and I know that one has been talked to death on this board!)

?I have very limited space in my townhome and cannot fit 2 separate ones in our living room, so I'm having a really hard time figuring out?what to get where I can put them to nap or just chill out in the living room occasionally... ?

  • I put both of mine in my single pnp all the time. They napped there occaisionally or I used it for diaper changes.

Both babies were in mine -- it's just a weight limit for the limiting factor isn't it?

  • If I remember correctly the Twin one and Reg one are basically the same ... except the twin divider .... my babes are starting to create that "dip" in the middle ... so very soon we will have to have em at the bottom!

This is what we did too -- just moved 'em down a level when the dip started.

  • It says on the instructions to only have one child in it at a time but I imagine that is to cover them legally. I plan on going by the weight limit.
  • You can check out the Original Arm's Reach co-sleeper, I believe that has a higher weight limit.
  • Well we put both of ours in the 1 pack n play when they first came home, but honestly they haven't napped in it for awhile.  We currently let them nap in their swings, but they used to nap in their boppys or bouncers.  We just took down our pnp to make room for the 2nd swing.

  • The Arm's Reach Original Cosleeper can be used as a playard and does have a 40lb weight limit. If you're looking for more area you could get this one:
