Another poop question

My LO pooped 5 or 6 times the day he was 5 or 6 days old and now he's 9 days old and he hasn't pooped in 2 days!!  Is this normal?  BTW, he's formula fed.

    Normal for us (FF), after day 3 is when we get concerned but, that hasn't happened yet.

    Yes, its normal.  The number of poops decreases as they get a little older and the can go days without a dirty diaper.  As long as he is still peeing dont worry about a couple poopless days.

    Okay .. good and good thing I'm taking him to the pedi. tomorrow.  I'll find out if there's something I can do to help him.  I've been massaging his tummy and rubbing his back and all he does is fart (which I'm still thankful for)  THANK YOU! Smile
