that Jack looked like Opie (Spelling?) from the Andy Griffith show because of his light hair and that his ears stuck out. I never noticed them sticking out before. Now DH says we have an elf baby.
i would never mention to a stranger that their baby's ears stick out. but dont feel bad, DD"s stick out too, i call her my little elf all the time. and i ask her if she knows santa...and she always smiles really big when i ask her that (its our little game) if they do really stick out, (i cant really tell) i dont think it will be for long, they are still really soft right now!! here is a pic of how DDs stick out. (but i love them)

Re: At borders last night a woman told me
Well, Opie was Ron Howard, one of the most successful actor/filmakers of our time...and adorable as a kid...IMO your DS is even cuter!

Maybe she had cataracts, LOL. I didn't take offense to it, it was kind of funny. She didn't mean it bad at all. She even pinched his cheeks.
