Have you ever had the Tropical Sangria at Olive Garden? It is SO good and it's simple to make. You can buy the different flavorings at Olive Garden. You buy it at the bar. It's $7.95ish for the bottle. I always get the tropical sangria mix/syrup. All you have to add to it is a white table wine Olive Garden uses Sycamore Lane White Zinfandel. I use any white zin that's on sale - lol (I am not a wine expert at all - just love this sangria) and add orange juice and then slices of orange and a bunch of cherries. Here are the mixing directions:
For one glass (small glass for me! lol)
1 oz of OJ
1 oz of sangria syrup
4 oz of white table wine/white zyn
add the orange slices and cherries as you please. Allow it to chill or you can serve over ice. it's SOOOOO good! If you make it, you have to tell me if you liked it!
For a pitcher:
10.5 ounces of each (OJ and sangria syrup)
42 ounces of wine
add whatever fruits you'd like, kiwi, strawberries, etc. For best taste, allow to chill for at least an hour if not 2.
