Last night DH and I were watching a movie and DD was playing with her blocks on the living room floor. Next thing we know she had made a telescope out of her blocks, was holding her lovey to her shoulder and shouting Argh! I'm a Pirate! while walking in circles around the living room! We had to pause the movie. It was so darn cute! Where does she pick up these things???!!! LOL
This morning, I took D in to tell Daddy goodbye and good morning, and she sat in bed with him. He sleeps with his shirt off so she pointed to his chest and said "BOOOOOOOOOOB!"
LOL. It was so dang funny.
And she also loves to sing along to Boom Boom Pow in the car, but sings Boom Boom COW.
the other day DS was runnning around playing and suddenly stopped, went up to DH, grabbed his but and said "uh-ohhhhhh" sure enough, diarrhea... bad
my mom has a dog that often goes the bathroom in the basement because nobody takes him outside... so DS will stand at the top of the stairs and yell "ewwwwwwww CACA!!!" the other day he did that, and threw a roll of TP down there for my uncle to clean it up with
This morning I was getting ready for work and Hailey was awake and playing in her crib. I like to listen to her on the monitor to see what she's doing in there.
She would fake sneeze, say "bless you" then giggle. And then she would fake burb, say "excuse you" and giggle. She thought all of the fake stuff was hilarious!
let's see.......yesterday when leaving to drop off Carson and go to work I picked him up and had all the "stuff" with me and I said, "Man baby you are a load!" He said, "Load baby!"
He says "Bye guys!" and waves when he is leaving it is so cute to hear. oh and when he gives hugs he says, "Carson, HUGS!!!"
Olivia doesn't talk in phrases yet, but she does love to say UH-OH! when she drops something on the floor. She will take something, drop it and say UH-OH! She puts her mouth in a small little 'o' and it's just so darn cute.
She also pointed to a picture of a bowl of cereal and said Da-da because DH eats cereal every morning.

OMG yes!! I totally get it if it really was an accident, but when you throw something and say "Uh-Oh" it doesn't make it an accident... but you can't be mad because it's waaay cute lol
Last night we were sitting on the bed. My shirt was a little raised. DD looked at my belly and gave me a puzzled look. She then pointed at the stretch marks (that SHE created) and said ouchie??? She then proceeded to kiss them. LOL
When I say thank you she says, "good melcome". I think she's mixing good morning and your welcome.
DD will come up to us and say "tickle, tickle, tickle" and tickle our bellies and feets. She also loves putting on lotion and she always ask she says "toes, toes" and wants me to put it on her toes. Oh and DD loves to hide. When she hears one of us coming, she will run to the other parent and say "hide" and she will get under a blanket or hide behind the curtins.
This won't translate as funny as it was IRL, but...
Our neighbor's dog likes to relieve himself in our back yard for some reason. DH was sitting on the couch, looked out the window and could see the dog peeing on our patio. So, he knocked on the window to try and scare him away and mumbled something about the "puppy." DS hears the knocking on the window and runs to DH saying, "Daddy. Daddy." Then he climbs up on the couch, puts his hands on DH's cheeks to get him to look him in the eyes and as serious as can be asks, "Daddy....What happened?" DH starts dying laughing and so DS asks, "The puppy did it?" DH can't answer him b/c he's laughing so DS keeps asking, "Daddy. What happened?" as if he were there to solve the problem.
Re: Funniest thing DC has said lately:
DH gets cheap haircuts. He comes home looking a little goofy as they use no product (he needs product). But he doesn't look *that* bad.
However, yesterday was haircut day. So he walked in afterward and DD just stared at him and said:
"Shrek."
We didn't say anything. Then she said:
"Daddy looks like Shrek."
We laughed so hard I almost peed my pants.
(No, she's never seen the movies... she just learned the characters from a box of special Bandaids of all things. lol!)
Well...
