This board wasn't even here when I was trying to get pregnant the first time. I'm SOOO glad to see other 35+ women around instead of 20 something's. What a nice difference- I scrolled down the last several days worth of posts and you are all so mature in your attitudes and thinking. I'm so impressed!
DH was adamant after we went through so much (meds that made me sick, 4 IUI's, 2 IVF's and a really rough pregnancy and delivery) that we were done when I got pregnant with my son. People told me dh would change his mind but I thought they were crazy since we were already older parents (40 when I had my son).
But last week he agreed to try for #2!!! I can't believe it. I'm in shock. But I'm running with it before he can change his mind. LOL!! So I"m back. I'm making the RE appt. tomorrow and hoping we can skip right to IVF this time.
I'll be seeing you all around the boards!

Welcome! I haven't been on this board for too long, but it's my favorite of all the boards. Everyone is really supportive and knows their stuff!
On a side note...did you used to make monograms for people on the knot? I believe I remember your bio from when I was planning my wedding.

Yes- that was me who made monograms for people on the knot. Do you know I haven't been on the knot or made monograms since I was pregnant with ds and I still get occasional e-mails from women requesting them! LOL!
