Did anyone wash a baby bjorn in the washing machine?

I'm feeling really lazy today and I need to wash this thing before I sell it.  Is it a horrible idea to wash in the machine vs hand washing as it is recommended?

    I've washed mine plenty of times in the washer - gentle cycle.

    I washed it on the gentle cycle and hung it to dry.  It was fine.  I wouldn't wash it a lot, but sometimes you just have to wash that thing.

    I actually just did this and it was fine.  It got linty, I think I washed it with a towel, but I lint rolled it and it's god as new.
