Yes! That would be great. I just post on Mon and Fri afternoons and ask what people's goals are (wt loss, exercise, nutrition) and if they met their goals. On mon, I usually ask to set their goals for the week and and update of the previous weeks. Fri, I just asks how the week is going.
I also ask a question of the day. Usually, it's ftness/health based.
