I was going to guess by looking at your DH that he very definitely was Greek.  You could certainly pass as Greek too from the picture. 

I was raised Catholic, but converted to Greek Orthodox shortly before our wedding.  DHs parents (my ILs) were born in Greece and came here so DH is first Generation.  I know what you mean about My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

BTW--your wedding picture is beautiful!

    Wow, you converted.  H kinda wanted me too, but I didnt want to switch.  Fortunately the two religions are very similar.  The priest who married us was very supportive and did not pressure me to convert at all. 

    Nope, Im not Greek.  I am 100% German, but I have been told that I could pass for Greek. 

    Thank you for the wedding pic compliment!  I really enjoyed my wedding day and I think it shows in the photos how happy we were to be getting married.

    Yup, I converted--much to my parents ire.  It was a bit of a sore spot at the beginning.  Even though they are very similar I was not happy with the Catholic church and not agreeing with some of their views/leanings/teachings.  I felt much more at home in the Greek Orthodox faith.
