It is the discontinued Go Team by Kidsline. We pieced it back together by ebay. Kidsline Go Team at Ebay
It looks like they don't have a lot now, but they do have the valence and mobile from time to time. Also, if you have a Burlington Coat Factory, the Baby Depot inside, might have a set still left on clearance.
It matches very closely to Kidsline Playball which is still currently at BRU. I took pictures of each of the characters off the valence and our friend printed them on vinyl so we could put them on the wall. We still have the soccer and football one to put above the crib.
I just posted this for someone else. IMO, its adorable, but not with all the "stuff" that goes with it. The set itself is precious!
