    Your dr will tell you when. Mine said I was clear for everything at 3 weeks. I didn't have sex til 7 weeks and a PP period until 8 weeks. I used tampons and was just fine.

    I had a c/s so I don't know for sure but AF showed up at 5 weeks pp and I was just fine.

    I used them when AF arrived at almost 7 weeks pp

    I didn't use them with my first PP period (almost 5 weeks PP) mostly because I didn't have any.  When my next period comes I will be using them.  I am so done with pads!
