Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker~ Diagnosed with PCOS in March 2009. Taking Metfomin for insulin resistance and irregular cycles/ovulation. Had healthy baby girl in Jan 2010 via C-Section (HTN and Breech Presentation).
~ Miscarry at 8 weeks with D&C in May 2011 (low progesterone).
~ Had a healthy baby girl in June 2012 via C-Section (on prometrium to sustain).
~ Surprise pregnancy at age 40!  Baby boy due April 26, 2021 (took prometrium to sustain once pregnancy was confirmed, 3rd C-Section planned).

    No way.

    Of course I think Brooklyn is a ridiculous girl's name.  I can't wait until people start naming  their kids Manhattan and Staten Island.

    Brady- Always reminds me of a football player, but I still like it.

    I used to have a cat that looked just like that, her name is Jabba and belongs to my nephew now.

    Holden: Caulfield?  I don't dislike it, but it makes me think Catcher in the Rye and I can't get past it.

    Cooper: too last name-y for me

    Brady: fine

    Brennon: fine, I like the Brennan spelling better

    Maddox: no no no

    Dexter: yigh

    Bronx: blech--least favorite; I like names that are NAMES, not places--as pp said, is Staten Island next?

    Nolan- okay but I think of Nolan Ryan

    Callum- I think of Gollum (character in Lord of the Rings)

    Gavin -okay

    Holden - what will he be "holdin'?"

    Cooper - Total dog name (my friend also likes this name though)

    Brady - okay

    Caleb - okay

    Brennon -okay

    Maddox - Angelina Jolie's kid

    Dexter - Another total dog name

    Bronx - dink on this one

     

    I just gave my honest opinion. I am also looking for boy names and it's really hard! DH hates most of my choices.

    I like Nolan, Gavin, Cooper, Brady, and Caleb.

    Callum makes me think of Gollum. Holden is a street name 'round here. Brennon is NMS but not bad. Maddox makes me think of Angelina. Dexter sounds nerdy and Bronx sounds WTFy.?
