Babies: 0 - 3 Months

When you're a mom, there is no

ME time.

I don't get what people expect. You have a baby. It's your JOB to take care of them. DUH. If you didn't want the responsibility then maybe you should have thought about that before you did the deed!

Am I the only one still hung up on that part of it?!

  • RIGHT THERE WITH YOU...

I think she might be better on babygaga...I wonder how old she is?

  • While I agree with your theory, I must respectfully disagree.

There is no me time when it is in direct conflict with my child's well being..

however, I have a husband who has awesome moments when he takes the sweet angel and allows me to head out for pedicures and time with the gals!  :)

Oh yes, I understand where you're coming from. I'm not saying you can't GET time away, but don't expect to have the same life you had before. It just doesn't work that way. I just hate people who are in denial. And, at 24 you'd think she'd be bright enough to get that.

    what's wrong with being 24?

  • Annnnddd... if your BF or FI and DH or Baby Daddy can't grow up & come home at a decent hour, help you out, or give you time alone then maybe it's time to drop him. If you're already being a "single" parent, whats the diff?!

Wow new to 0-6 and I'm 19. I don't think age has much to do with it. I worked for a nanny service and made the choice to start my family early. I know ppl judge by age but try to keep an open mind. I hope I don't get flamed for my age. I agree about the bar and also that you should be ready for a very different life after LO is born. Some ppl aren't ready for it and some of us have that great person for support.
