4 month old with temp of 100.5....WWYD??

Gave her Tylenol, but not sure if we should call Ped or wait til morning. She is not fussy and otherwise appears fine except for temp. What would you guys do?

ETA - She has 4 month checkup Thursday

I would give tylenol and just wait it out. I think that might still be considered a low grade fever which is common with teething. I could be wrong though. I'll have to look where low grade stops and actual fever starts.

Call, at least that's the instructions my pedi gave me.

I guess I'm the bad mom here. When DD had a low grade fever I gave her some tylenol and put her to bed. I never even thought of calling the pedi because she seemed to be fine. But I guess everyone is different.

My pedi says call if it's 101 or higher.

the directions were still to call at 100.4 at the 2 month checkup. We dont have another checkup till 4 mo's and i'd go by those rules. call. and good luck!
