Lost my miracle baby...

in TTC After a Loss
I found out during my ultrasound today that the baby stopped growing nearly 2 weeks ago and the heartbeat was gone. I have a D&C in the morning. I don't know where to go from here or what to do. Everything was perfect at the 6w1d appointment. It was a miracle I even got pg. What will make this pain better?

    I am so sorry! The best thing to make the pain (assuming you mean emotional)  better is time.

    So sorry for your loss.  It gets better with time, but you'll never forget.  I found the miscarriage/pregnancy loss board helped me during the first month after my loss.  Soon after I came over here.  Both boards have amazing women who are strong and supportive.  (((Hugs)))

    the best thing you can do is rest.  we will all be praying for you!  right before I had my D&C, the BEST thing my doc said to my (which I will share with you) is NO MATTER WHAT this is not your fault.  always remember that.  we will be saying prayers for you!!!

    I'm sorrier than I can tell you.

    Some info: your d&c is nothing to fear.  I was completely under, I wasn't in any pain after, and the bleeding was no worse than a period, I promise.  Hoping for some peace for you.

    I am so sorry.  Please feel free to vent/cry/seek support on this board.  The women on here have been so wonderful and helped me so much.  I know they will be able to help you get through this time as well.

    I'm so sorry.  I had an ectopic pregnancy after our second IUI.  We had also been TTC since 2006.  It is so hard to have that joy of finally getting pregnant ripped away from you.  I wish you the best of luck and you are in my T&P's.
