How is your house selling going? Have you had a lot of showings?  I am getting frustrated with ours.  We had about 20 showings isnce we put it on the market with one really low offer so we lowered the price mid June.  SInce then we have only had two showings.  I hope yours is going better, it is getting to be a hassle getting the house ready and all that and then them saying its too small but perfect otherwise.  Out of the houses that we wanted to buy, the top 3 of 5 have already sold.

    OMG - It's killing my patience.  We have had 2-4 showings a week since we put it on the market.  Everyone says it's a really nice house, but it's always something.  One couple said it was perfect except for the driveway (it's a little sloped, but not that bad).  Another couple this past Friday said they were in love with it, but wanted a bigger family room and a sunroom.   UM - take a look around, you're not going to get many houses like ours with a sunroom (and it'll probably be out of their budget anyway).  So - I'm totally with you on the frustration factor!  We've talked about lowering our price, but our agent is pretty confident that we're priced right and someone will walk in soon and love it and we'll get fairly close to asking price.  I'm close to my wits end though.  It's such a hard process. 

    We've looked at a lot of houses.  We've had 2 that we loved that have sold.  We're not getting our hopes up on any one house and are just keeping an eye on the inventory.  If a house is listed and we love it, we'll go look at it, keeping in mind it'll probably sell before ours.  Oh well though. 

    I hope this process is over for both of us sooner rather than later!!!  Good luck with yours!

    yeah I think my frustrations are the little things.  We had one couple that was looking for a house with a family room and living room and still came to see ours. If they would have wanted that why would the realtor have shown it to them.  Our house is now 10000 less than the others in our neighborhood with the same floorplan (we bought it when it was being foreclosed on so got a good deal) so hopefully it will go soon.  Im just ready to move on
