We use a couple drops of lavender oil in a spray bottle with warm water for DD's wipe solution. But I actually got it when I was pregnant - the smell is very relaxing.
There are a lot of different uses for EOs with babies. Did you have a specific oil or application in mind?
She might be referring to my OP yesterday about baby essentials (medical, grooming) that we need (vs. the standard medicine cabinet full of OTC meds and plastic crap most new moms are told they HAVE TO HAVE)...someone mentioned you and EO's. So now I am curious, too
For a house I think every house should have a good quality lavender, lemon & peppermint. With those 3 you can get through just about any first aid emergency. After that I would add in a clove or Thieves Blend, eucalyptus and then an oil that is made more for pain (usually a blend).
For a new baby I would suggest having the lavender & clove for sure (both have many, many uses including fighting colic, getting babies to sleep, fighting thrush & mastitis and colds and flus) but would also suggest getting the Gentle Baby blend if it's in your budget.
I can for sure answer any questions here but you can also e-mail me if you have any specific questions. hippinski@gmail

I don't know if I have any specifically in mind, I guess I'm just curious what the must haves are??
