Why do people get mad at me?!

When I try to find them a room at 11 in the morning and can't find exactly what they want.  Check in is not til 3 PM people... I'm doing you a favor!  Don't get pissy with me lady, it's not my fault the rooms are dirty.

    oo I know what that is like. I hated working in a hotel. You should just tell her that if she's unwilling to compromise on a room then she can just wait until 3 like everybody else.

    This happened to me yesterday.  A patient asked to cancel and reschedule an appointment...I told her the next available date, and apparently that was no good for her!  Too freakin' bad lady!  You're the one who needs to cancel!

    UGH!  We're both dealing with stupid people!

    Sounds like another lovely day at work.  Don't feel bad, I work in a bank.  Try telling someone who's already cranky that you can't cash their check....or open an account for them.
