Anybody had any luck with multiples programs lately?

I'm currently addressing my envelopes and going to send a bunch... Just wondering if anyone has any updates?  I'd like to avoid sending to companies who are no longer participating...

    Not sure which list you have but the list I had had about 60 companies. I sent off letters to each company and MANY....too MANY to mention have been sent back to me with "return to sender." I don't know how old the list is but obviously some of the addresses are not correct. Some of the companies have responded that they do not have multiple programs anymore and then some have sent coupons and few have sent samples/toys. I am not completely sure it was worth the time, paper, envelopes and stamps that we used. I have not received anything really exciting or great. Maybe you have a better, more recent list. Good luck!

    Kolcraft sent me a double side by side stroller. ?that was exciting. ?as the other poster, a lot of mine came back too, probably more than half. ?i was very disappointed. ?but the stroller made it all worth it :)

    Really?  I thought they just sent a single (which seems odd for a multiples program), that's way cool that it's a double stroller.

    ETA:  I had several lists of companies participating.  I've condensed it (to remove duplicates) and I'm currently working on contacting them to see if they're still partcipating and to see if I have correct addresses (since pp's mentioned "return to sender").

    I haven't looked into any of it much since I'm still pg and I think you need 'proof' of birth or something but I did look into the Tiny Love one b/c I was super excited about buy one get one free activity mat/play gyms and I got an email from them that they no longer do a multiples program.?

    I did one w/the list of 60 addresses that I got from this board. If you give me your email address I can send you my updated list: I used the "track changes" feature to write down what response I got from each company (and deleted some that I found out in advance were no longer doing their multiples programs). You could go through it, delete any companies you're not interested in and then "undo all" the tracked changes and use it as your mail merge address list. Just email me at carolina dot bargains at gmail dot com if you're interested in my document.

    BTW, FreeSpirit....

    Once the babies arrive and you have their birth certificates... you can send letters to various vendors who claim they participate in multiples programs... They send back free samples and other stuff...  (The birth certs are to prove you have multiples).

    Unfortunately, we're finding a lot the hard way, that a bunch of vendors are no longer participating, and the list keeps changing....
