if you ordered from BRU...

We ordered a few things online and they were delivered today, as anticipated.  When I placed the order, the total amount due was "pending" in our account.  A couple days later, the "pending" was gone and the money was still there. With other sites, the money usually gets withdrawn before delivery.

So my question is...

 When did the money come out of your account after you made an order?

    We've had stuff like that happen at various places. Sometimes, the payment will post as pending, go away, and then come back. Doesn't happen all the time, but does happen with places other than BRU

    That's strange. I would call your bank first to make sure that it's not a banking error. If it's not a banking error then wait 24-48 hours to see if the money ever does come out. If it doesn't, then I would contact BRU about their payment options and guidlines when it comes to online and catalog orders to see if there is some kind of holding period. Good luck

    Thanks for your suggestions!  I just don't want any surprises in a few weeks like, "Oh there's that $600 purchase..."

    when u make an order they get a pre-approval and it shows up but if the bank does not get the real transaction details they dont post it. it usually happens to me when i buy tickets from airtran gas shows up as 1.00 for days b4 it clears. hope this helps
