Ok so I am planning on making some big cheesy headbands for Ryleigh and I love all the ones with the huge flowers on it. I saw some cute ones on Etsy but they were like $12 each and I know I could do it cheaper than that. I purchased a bunch of the crochet headbands but I am just wondering if there is a certain type of flower you need to get to put on there---like can you just go buy regular silk flowers and cut the stem off or would that not work? I wanted to attach with velcro so I could interchange them. Any ideas?

what about using bows like shown here?

Seems like that might be a bit easier.

I tried to google your answer for you and saw this. It looks like they don't velcro, but rather fasten on with a tie of some sorts. I would assume with this method you could use any flowers you find.

If you use velcro, I'd make sure to put the scratchy side on the flower, and the soft side on the headband, so if she knocks the flower off she won't get all scratched up.
