I think of it equally boy and girl. Im thinking of all the Caseys I know or have heard of, and they are boys and girls. I do think it is a bit cutsie, but Im not sure why.... I guess maybe its not!
That being said, any time I've seen it spelled Casey, it's always been a boy. And my sister hates her name because she's always said every other Casey she knows is either a dog or a boy and she gets mail all the time addressed to "Mr. Kasey xxx". I think now that's she's grown up and met a few other girl Kaseys she doesn't hate it so much. I love the name personally.

Dh is Casey. I have known male and female Caseys, but most of the females had a "cutesy" spelling: Kaycee, Kacie, etc. Dh loves his name and it fits him...I don't think it is too cute for an adult guy.
I think of it just about equally as a girls or boys name. However, my old roomate was Casey and she hated it b/c she thought it was a guys or dogs name.
Re: Casey - do you think boy or girl?
I agree with this.?
My sister is Kasey, so I think girl

Ditto to this.
C = boy
K = girl
when it comes to Casey vs Kasey
