Paranoid PSA of the Day: Evites for GTGs

The idea has been tossed around to set up Evite invitations for future GTGs so that the information is not posted to the board and thereby viewable by anyone who happens to stumble across it.  In light of the recent BSC PMs that I and others have received I think it's a pretty good idea.  Sure, it will take a little bit of work and organization, but I would rather be safe than sorry.  It's very easy to PM someone, and Evite is a user-friendly website that doesn't give out personal information to people viewing the invitation (which is only viewable by the organizer and invitees).  Just an idea.

    Cycle #2 Clomid 100mg April 2011= BFP!! missed m/c D&C done 5/25/11 at 7 weeks 3 days Cycling at RBA's frozen donor egg clinic. Start Lupron on June 18th. 7/25/12 Transferred 1 perfect Embryo, 3 frozen! 8/3/12 beta #1 146, 8/6 beta #2 526, 8/13 beta #3 9,108. 1st U/S on 8/21 showed our perfect little embryo split! We are having Identical Twins!!

    LOL is Creamy even big enough to be a bouncer.  Bless your heart Creamy - she is so cute and little....

    I may be little, but I'm loud!  :D

    And um, in my early 20s I was kicked out of a bar in downtown Detroit for fighting.  Heh.  Got elbowed in the head one too many times by some chick and I made my displeasure VERY well known.

    We always did it by email. ?We'd post to the board, but no details, just the date and then all the details by email. ?You never know who is out there that is reading these boards and not posting.

    That is a great idea.  What we do here in Denver is google groups.    It is run by an admin and they are the only ones that can add people.  You send one email and it goes to the whole group.  It works out great for gtgs.  I was also part of a group where you had to attend one event and meet everyone in person before you were added to the email list, just to make sure you werent bsc :)

    It's the small, quiet ones you need to worry about.  That's what my dad taught me :o)
