yes, i have been more crampy lately. at my last appt. my OB said that rlp is commong throughout all of pregnancy and it can get more painful towards the end.
I don't mean to be rude, but have you not realized yet that cramping is normal throughout your pregnancy? I had cramping until I delivered at 29 weeks. Your uterus is a big, strong muscle & it's being stretched on a daily basis so of course there is going to be some cramping involved. The only cramping that may not be normal is very severe, rhythmic cramping (contractions).
I noticed more cramping around week 20 as well. It has since calmed down but for a couple of days it was pretty steady. Just make sure you are getting plenty of water and rest. I notice that my cramps got worse if I was overdoing it a little or if I wasn't getting enough water. Hope this helps. By the way, you will probably notice your bump has grown once your cramps calm down. So fun!
