Is it just me?

So I had my lap on Wednesday and of course AF shows up 2 days later Sad.  And because of the surgery, I can't use tampons so I'm stuck with pads.  And they completely suck!  I don't know how people use them every month.  It would drive me crazy!

    The times I've had to use them lately makes me feel like a teenager all over again.  I was so glad once I got to the point where I started using tampons.  I'm not sure my Mom was ever much of a tampon user so I don't think I started using them until college when I started buying my own products.

    I am in the same boat...It it horrible...I feel like I have a cotton surf board between my legs...also...I have a complete fear that it is going off to one side in my undies...making one butt cheek look bigger than the other. LOL
    (You all have seen it and laughed a little on the inside..you know it.)

    I hate pads! I was so glad the bleeding from my D & C stopped pretty quickly (thanks to good meds to stiffen up my uterus walls). It was awful!

    I HATE pads! I had to wear one after my surgery. They are so gross and uncomfortable.?
    TTC since 3/08 DOR, High FSH, Hypothyroid, Uterine Polyps, blocked tube, MFI, 5 rounds of clomid, 5 IVF attempts, 2 hysteroscopies, 2 natural conceptions=2 losses (Methotrexate, D&C) Successful DE cycle twins born 10/7/11 Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    I guess I'm weird... I can't use tampons.  They hurt when I take them out, always have, so I stopped using them.  I guess I just got used to the pads, they don't bother me.

    I'm with you. I hate pads. I always feel like everyone knows you're wearing one. I had to use them after my D&C and it sucked.

    Hate them here too.  Feels like I'm straddling a 2x4 and everyone knows it.  A friend of mine used to say that the invention of the tampon was "better than sliced bread."  Yeah.... a poet she was not.
