k- so, not EFR, but it is SO yummy and it's not even fully frozen yet! DS is allergic to dairy and soy and every kid's gotta have ice cream, so I searched and found this recipe... don't have an icecream maker so I'm doing it the old-fashioned way... but yummmm

Thank you so much for posting this. I'm saving it for a later time since my DS has a milk and soy allergy too.

How old is your DS? I think you've mentioned he's allergic to eggs too (mine is also). Are you seeing an allergist? Any idea when they'll test to see if he's grown out of these allergies?

He's 1 and also allergic to eggs. No allergist as the pedi feels that as long as he's thriving, we're in the clear. When he's 2, the pedi wants to do a 'challenge' to see if he's outgrown the dairy and soy allergies. Not sure about eggs.
