PIP: Apparently ALL my BGs are crap!

Here is a PIP of the problem I'm having.  The one pictured is one of my (couple month old) organic AIOs.  See the fraying at the seam?  I'm so pissed!  Hopefully they'll replace these ones, but I doubt they'll replace the others since they're over a year old.

I'm just fuming.  I was just thinking I'd love to get more of these too!

  • Mine are doing the same exact thing!!! I have 18 of them and we do use them full-time so they get a lot of use. I am also bad about hanging them out do dry (hanging head in shame since I live in FL where I can pretty much line dry year round).

  • I just looked at the guarantee/warranty info and they might not even cover it because they may consider it normal wear.  I still intend to contact cottonbabies, but I will be PISSED if they don't replace them.  I wonder if it's a bad batch or what?  I'm glad I'm not crazy!

  • i think they'll replace them for you.  i have 14 that have been used anywhere from 3 months to a year, and i don't have a problem.

  • I wonder if they are getting caught in the spin cycle or in the dryer.

Interesting idea.  I don't think so, but there's really no way to know.  I've never come across them (or anything else) snagged on anything before.
