My boyfriend and I are getting ready to do our shower registry online at bru and trying to decide between a pack n play or bassinet. I was set on the pack n' play but then after reading the reviews found that a lot of them sag in the middle which makes me think twice. Now I'm just considering a bassinet for under $100. I heard that the sagging in the pack n play could contribute to sids. Has anyone else heard of this?
What does everyone use as an infant sleeper? Any suggestions?
Re: pack n' play or bassinet
i loved our PNP. when i was on materntiy leave, i used it all day long to change DD and for her to nap. i never walked all the way upstairs. so i think it was worth it. it sagged a tiny bit, but nothing big.
we used a bassiet in our room and DD hated it. we got it from a friend. she only slept in it maybe a week...i'm glad we didn't buy one. i would suggest maybe getting something second hand if you think you might not use it that much. good luck!
