Did you change your mind about names?

Did you have names picked out earlier in your pregnancy and have since changed them or did you settle on names and stick with them?

    We've changed them... but we were never definite on any. I *think* we have our names now Big Smile

    We actually had names picked out well before I was pg. I have not changed my mind. I only like one girl name, so I am praying that she is an Audrey when I met her.

    I get hormonal and change my mind sometimes but I always end up coming back to the 2 we picked. I'm happy with them. I am just surprised I didn't pick more hippie/unique names since I always guessed I would. And relieved too.

    We have stuck with them. However just the last few days I have been questioning our boys name, Logan, although I love it it is becoming very common, I am leaning towards our 2nd choice, Layton. Our families perfer Logan tho......not sure. I have said from the begining the names are Logan & Alexia but I reserve the right to change that up until I fill out the birth certificate!

    We have been set on a first name from the start, but I keep changing my mind about the middle name! I think we will end up saying for sure what it is when she is actually here.

    We settled on boy and girl names a day before our big u/s with Gabe, and the day we found out this was a girl, we chose her name. We also started using both names at that point- so, I already feel like this one is a Gwen. :)

    It took about one minute of discussion as were were leaving the parking lot after the big u/s to choose Evan's name, and we haven't swayed on it at all. I'm actually suprised it was decided that quickly because we had not discussed boy names at all prior to that, and I am extremely picky when it comes to names.

    Us too and I like that it shortens to Elle or Ellie which are nice, girly nicknames. I liked a lot of names but threw them out because of their nicknames!

    We didnt finalize until we really loved the name.  I suppose that can all change once we see her, but i already put alot of work into the name wall art.  So hopefully we stick with the original.

    My DH chose Abigayle Lily and I couldn't argue.!

    Thanks! We are still leaning towards Logan, esp since one of Dhs friends last name is "Leighton", he happens to play hocky in the NHL and they call him "lates" so its kinda his name. It doesn't bug me but DH thinks it would be strange, like we were naming him after him or something.

    We've had the first name (Abigail) since 19 weeks (the day we found out it was a girl).

    We STILL do not have a middle name.  We've been through several  It's about to make me lose my mind.

    With both pregnancies I've had one name of each picked out a week or so after my bfp and I've stuck with them. My girl name was the same with both pregnancies.

    Sorta.

    I picked Alice's name, so my husband got to pick this one.

    My husband was pretty set on the name Conner. I really didn't like it. So, I suckered him into changing it. He even thinks that Cash was his idea. Ha! I win.

    It reminds me of a quote I heard from a lady at church one day... "The man is the head of the household. But, his wife is the neck and can make the head look in any direction she wants."
