MMMMmmmmm cravings...

How early do they kick in???

Yesterday I just smelled popcorn and I wanted it bad, but i refused!!!!!

And also what should you completely avoid!!! No matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • don't eat anything unpasteurized like certain milks and juices, cheeses and pate.

    nothing with raw eggs in it like... certain kinds of mayonaise, caesar dressing, egg nog, mousse, tiramisu, hollandaise sauce, cookie batter...

    no rare or undercooked meat or fish.. so no sushi, raw shellfish, deli meats (you can eat that if you heat it up in the microwave first)

    don't eat shark or swordfish. and if you want tuna, only a 6 ounce can a week.. cause of mercury levels.

    completely avoid certain types of fish like blue fish, lake trout, amberjack, barracuda, grouper, mahi mahi and snapper

     

     

    and food cravings can kick in any time I guess, cause I've been having them for a couple weeks now and I'm only 7 weeks along hehe

  • you're welcome!! oh and popcorn is actually a pretty good snack to have.. especially if it's unsalted and doesn't have tooons of butter on it lol

    oh wait... what about grandma's macaroni salad from the store?? Cause I ate a whole bowl of it earlier today???

  • you mean cause of the mayonaise? as long as the macaroni salad doesn't have raw egg in it you should be fine, just read the label :)

    and if you just had it once I'm sure you'll be fine, just make sure not to eat it again if it does have raw egg in it
