...and this baby is really messing with my hips and back. My hips are way uneven now, and I can't even bend over as far as I should be able to.
We did some stretching exercises that felt pretty good, except for the first one, which hurt really bad between my shoulder blades. The therapist checked the spot and said something about how out of alignment I was. So she proceeded to readjust the spot, and OMG I thought I was going to cry. so much pain! I can't even describe how bad it hurt. It felt better as soon as she was done, but it took everything I had not to scream out.
The thought of an epidural at labor/delivery is on my mind now...
Re: Had physical therapy today
I don't think I would trust a PT to do any adjusting on me. I go to the chiropractor for that, and one who has experience with pregnant women. The one I'm going to go to when I need to adjusted my mom when she was pg with me and my brother, as well as his own wife with their three kids, so I trust him completely.
I need to start PT for my arm though, I get shooting nerve pain down my left arm starting at the shoulder, have for almost two years now, just been waiting to not feel sick anymore.
