always go for the traditional/most common spelling. It sucks always having your name written incorrectly and having to correct people. Not to mention it often looks like the parents just don't know how to spell.. That said, I don't think Aubrie looks awful or anything, I would just go for the traditional spelling. Aubrie looks like a nn for something whereas Aubrey looks like it was meant to be.

Aubrey for sure. If you spell it Aubrie, the poor child will have to spell it for everyone she ever meets. Also, non-traditional spellings are frequently viewed poorly by employers, etc., so it's better to stick with tradition.
Aubrey, for sure. No one will get it right if you go with the -ie spelling (which looks terribly cutesy, anyway, imo). Save her a lifetime of having to correct people and go with the more recognized version.
