33w3d & KILLER hip pain :(

in Pregnant after a Loss

I swear, if it's not one thing, it's another and I just feel like I can't catch a break :(  Ever since being seen in triage 2 nights ago, my hips are seriously killing me - to the point of tears.  Dh can only rub for so long and I can only sit on the heating pad for so long...I'm just so uncomfortable.

Anyone else go through this?

    my mom had a lot of trouble with her hips.  Have you tried one of those support things?  I hear they help keep everything in joint and aligned.  I'm sorry you're in pain though (((Hugs)))

    I agree with Kathy.....I have a Sci-loc belt that really helps. If I'm really in pain I'll wear it day and night and be feeling fine again in a couple of days.

    A few visits to the chiropractor also really helped me.

    I hope it goes away soon!

    Yes! Just the last week it has gotten really bad!!! And what makes it worse is laying on my side, which is the only position we can really lay in!!! It sucks!!! Barely got any sleep last night! I guess we just have to keep reminding ourselves that at least our bodies are doing what its supposed to do for baby!
