Hi guys!

I'm swooping over from the first tri board. Hope everyone is having a great morning. I'm due Jan 15 with our first! DH and I are thrilled.

 

However, I do have a small concern. (I know it's a little dumb but whatever) I am 6'0 tall and have broad shoulders and hips. My mom told me this past week that I may not show at all until 30-35 weeks because I have so much room inside my long wide frame. Although this could be a good thing post-baby, I am still a little sad that I may not be apparently pregnant to others. Oh well. H&H9m to you all!

    If it makes you feel better, my MIL recently told me that when she last saw me (at 18w) I was "so huge" that I looked like I was 7 months pregnant.  Those were her actual words....  I cringe just thinking about what she is going to say when I actually am 7 months!

    At least maybe you won't have to hear things like that!!  And I'm sure people will be able to tell sooner or later - don't worry! Smile

    A good friend on mine is also tall, she was pregnant with twins and just looked pregnant with one.  However, she did definately look pregnant and I am sure your bump will come.  The awesome thing was, as soon as she had the babies she almost instantly lost her baby weight and looked great! I am 5'2" and getting bigger by the second.  No one told me I would be pregnant in my butt, thighs and face as well.
