Yesterday I asked DS what he wanted to name the baby. He looked at me for a second and then said "M&M Later" and said it with his head cocked to one side. It was so funny because you can probably guess what he hears from me a lot. I figured it was time to share when he repeated it a couple of times today.
Re: DS's baby name idea
Lost about what?
I think she is lost because she can not guess what he hears from you based on your post.
Neither can I for that matter. Please explain.
Oh, OK. I figured that him telling me he wanted to name the baby M&M Later implied that he hears me tell him that he could have an M&M later a lot.
Sorry it confused people.
...ok i get it now
No problem, but are you referring to candy? I am really trying to comprehend this.
Even though I am beginning to question my reasons for wanting to do so.
lol
Yeah, the candies that melt in your mouth not in your hand. lol
HAHAHAHA! Delicious. I don't know of any other M&M's. lol
My MIL told me that when my DH was young and she was pregnant with his younger brother she asked him what they should name the baby. He said "Curtain Rod".
Kids think of the cutest and silliest things.
I'm just glad DH doesn't want to name our baby curtain rod, LOL!
I just realized that you were talking about your DS, not your DH!
Now it all makes sense.
I need to go to bed, obviously.
We asked two of my nephews for suggestions (they are 5 and 7) and they suggested: Jack Black, Christian Bale, Arnold Schwarzenneger and Paul Blart, Mall Cop.
LMAO! Sorry! Now it makes sense to me why you were so confused. lol
I am sorry but what is wrong with you girls? OF COURSE it is M&M candies. What else is an M&M.
The child hears "you can have M&M's later" alot and that is what he said to name the baby. I followed right away.
(Don't mind me, I am hormonal today)
I thought it was a funny story, OP.
Haha! This reminds me of when my younger brother was little. He had an imaginary friend named "Willsee."
"We'll see" was my Dad's response everytime my brother asked to do something. Now that I say it, it sounds kinda sad...
I was following you
but I have a 3 year old...
