1st Trimester

Anyone ever not feek pg??? Or have few symptoms?

I am getting nervous, I don't feel as pg as I did last week.  When I was pg with my son I had such headaches and nausea early on...now I am just tired and my breasts aren't as sore as they were last week. I know I shouldn't 'read too much into it, I do have an u/s on Monday but I am just nervous since I don't feel like I did last time.  Anyone else have few symptoms??

  • Yup! I am 8 weeks and still have very little symptoms. I had a few days of being sick, being bloated and then very hungry. I have not had any cramps, major fatigue or sore boobs. My doctor was not worried and told me I may just be a lucky one but its hard for me because I had 3 losses in a year. You are still early and have plenty of time to get m/s and all that. So hang in there and dont stress too much. I know it is hard especially when you come on here and read how sick everyone is and how many symptoms they have but just remember everyone is different.

  • Everyone and every pregnancy are different. I will be 9 weeks tomorrow and the only symptoms I've had come and go are sore bb's, tired and being hungry all the time. We went and had an u/s at 7w5d and our little bean was there with a strong beating heart. The midwife told me to be thankful I haven't had the m/s, etc. She said consider myself ?very lucky. Just relax. You are early things could change and then you would wish you weren't feeling sick!!!
Married my BEST FRIEND on December 1, 2007. Started TTC in March 2008. Found out we were expecting our first child in October 2008 - but had a m/c in December 2008 - resulting in a d&e. Met with a RE in May 2009 and set a plan - but conceived unexpectedly on our own! Our precious little Sophia was born on February 9, 2010! Lilypie Third Birthday tickers

Other than being tired and a little blah in the afternoons, I feel fine and honestly didn't feel anything until 8 wks.

  • I had very few symptoms with DS and almost no symptoms this time. ?I know they can set in at any time, but so far, so good.

I have NO syptoms.  I'm alittle worried too.   But with ds I didn't have that many, just tired and crampy.  I'm really not that tired this time around and no cramps.  They say the second time around sometimes is easier becuase you're use to it already.
  • If it weren't for my 8 week u/s, I would never have believed I was expecting....even after 4 positive home tests and two missed periods.

I'm 10 weeks and still no symptoms, in fact, I feel better than ever?!  I got woozy once, and that was because I took my prenatals on a belly "full" of cheerios...had some eggs and toast and veggies and I was up and running again.

I just think some women's chemistry can handle the roller coaster levels of hormones :)

I'm sure your u/s will be beautiful!

  • I actually just called my doctor yesterday and was concerned about the same thing. I didn't have many symptons with my daughter but with this pregnancy I have virtually none. I get really tired once every could days but I also have a 2 year old so that is normal for me. With my daughter my bbs hurt SO bad and this time, nothing. The nurse said just be thankful and that as long as I am not bleeding or cramping badly the baby's in there and growing. I'm sure everyone who is having horrible symptoms is hating us right now. Sorry

  • I was like this with my first pregnancy.  I had no m/s, but I did lose my appetite quite a bit and craved apples of all things (and other fruit!), and I didn't show at all until I was about 20 weeks, at which point I completely popped!

    This time it's different!

  • I am 10 weeks, and really haven't had any symptoms. A few moments of nausea, a little more tired, and sore boobs at times.  The symptoms I have had, have really seemed to disappear over the last two weeks.  I called the nurse and she said just to consider myself lucky.  I have been really nervous, but I am trying to remember to stay positive and enjoy feeling so good.
