FF- when do you start?

Forgot to ask in PP when do you start charting? Is it on the day AF starts? I'll sign up on it this weekend.

    You can really start any day, but a new cycle would start on the first day of AF.

    I started a few days after AF my first cycle with FF but it was still able to show my O day.

    This and cycle day #1 is the first day of red flow, not spotting.

    Follow up question: what do you charting ladies do if AF comes at like 1030pm? Do you log that has day 1? I've always wondered about that. Most of the time, I go ahead and log that as day 1. The CBEFM says to set the monitor up for day 1 the following day, so that is a little confusing.

    I would log it is Day 1 and maybe just make a note of when it started.

    Sorry, I don't use CBEFM so I don't have any advice on that.
