constant dull pain on one side.

ok-I feel kinda dumb for posting this.  This is my second pregnancy and I know that pregancy is generally associated with all sorts of aches and pains.  HOWEVER, i  have had a constant dull pain on my lower right side for the past two days.  It is uncomfortable to walk (have to do so slowly).  This is nothing like the RLP that is sharp and stabbing.  Im wondering if anyone else has had this happen?  My next appt isnt until the 23rd, and the way my dr's practise works, if you have any problems after 22 weeks, you go directly to L&D to get "checked out" if you dont have an appt already scheduled soon.  I dont think the pain is bad enough to go to L&D and dont want to spend an inordinately amount of time there . . . thoughts?

    It could still be round ligament pain.  I have a constant pain in my lower right side, and I told my doctor it didnt' feel like the round ligament pain Ihad before, but she said what I was describing is RLP, just worse than I experienced previously.  She suggested I wear a pregnancy belt.

    I have been having the same kind of pain this week- and boy does it hurt!  I called my doc and she said it's perfectly normal.  Just another excuse for me not to do housework :)
