I had veggies and dip a little while ago...but I have no dinner plans. Dh is at the movies with a buddy and I don't feel like cooking. Maybe Tara1025 will send me some of that Mac & Cheese!!!!
A mexican skillet- involves ground beef with taco seasoning- corn-chunky salsa-pinto beans all mixed together with tortilla chips on top sprinkled with cheddar cheese.. mmmmmm its DH's fav. . and I think LO's..hes bouncing around just thinkin about
Possibly spaghetti again. It is just me and two very picky eaters for a couple weeks while DH is away. So no need to do a lot of heavy cooking. Although h/m mac and cheese does sound good.
for the first time in a LONG time I'm actually looking forward to what I have planned...broiled shrimp & cous cous with spinach, sundried tomatoes, parmesan...so stinkin yummy!
Of course DH thinks cous cous is nasty so I'll be making him pasta to go with the shrimp.
Eggplant pasta casserole, with strawberry shortcake for dessert! Mmm. I'm Almost done sauteing the eggplant, but my feet are so tired (we have brick floors), so I'm posting while I wait for them to cook :-) Maybe this will convince DH we need one of those fancy gel mats...
Crab cakes, corn on the cob and grilled veggies! Can't wait!

DH says he is cooking some extremely freezer burnt steaks (long story) and barley.
I have a feeling I'll be eating barely and something else.
i cooked some of the ready to bake bertolli pasta. it was delish.
3 cheese and spinach ravioli with alfredo sauce.
Sounds yummy..that is exactly what I wanted but didn't have any. So DH has agreed to go to Olive Garden and get some spaghetti. Can't wait!
