  • LOL!  We're due VERY close to Christmas!  Plus, I just love the season...
  • Yep- I love Christmas so much and we have so many family traditions- jeeping out to the woods to get the tree, overnight slumber party with girlfriends and their kids to make gingerbread houses, present shopping downtown, etc.  I'm just nervous that I won't feel up to it all and it will make me sad that I can't participate and things around me will carry on like normal since I'm due at the end of Nov.  I'm so excited to have our LO here but so nervous that I'll be still recovering from her birth.
  • I'm earlier than you ladies...I'm super excited for Halloween!!! :) I want to get him/her a cute little pumpkin hat for a costume.

LO's first Christmas?  In 2010?  Yeah... as excited as one can be for something that's 18 months away... we'll be going up to Indiana for the first time since we've been together (we were planning on doing it this year, but other things have prevented that from happening...)!  Hopefully baby's 1st Christmas will be a white one!

  • I am really excited about Christmas this year! Both myself and my SIL are due the week of Thanksgiving, so we are looking forward to taking really cute pictures of the cousins together at their first Christmas. Plus, DH and I are both huge Christmas nuts to begin with, and we'll be in our first house. It'll be great to decorate the way we want to, and not be limited by our landlords rules. I'm just worried that we're going to miss out on some of our usual traditions. We always go Christmas tree picking with our closest friends, but I don't know how how I'll be feeling at the beginning of December. We also always take a train down to NYC and look at the big tree and go ice skating at Rockefeller center, and check out how amazing all the windows look down there. I don't know if that will be happening, I don't want to bring LO out in the cold all day when she's so little. We'll see; she'll be worth anything we miss out on for this one year, anyway.
