Why did I choose a job where I work with ALL men?!

Seriously. I thought when I took this job that working with men would be easy and drama free. Then I learned that they have more estrogen than I do. But I'm strong willed and can ignore it.............until I got pregnant. My hormones are raging to the point I can feel it in my bloodstream - it's insane. And now all I want to do is put all these little boys in their place. "Make us coffee" "You didn't clean our coffee cups" - Really? No.....REALLY??? I get paid a nice salary to be an "Office Manager" so that I can make your coffee. Good to know. That's going to knock my next employer dead when they see that on my resume - I'll be a shoe in! Plus I get the comments of are you showing or are you just getting fat? I seriously think they just say these stupid things to get to me and sadly - they are! Which is so weird because they never used to effect me at all. Sorry for the venting but I don't take work home with me so I don't vent to my husband and I literally have one girlfriend here. (That's sad by the way - really sad!) Argh!

I had an emotional breakdown in the bathroom today because I have been keeping all of this inside for the past 4 months. But I feel better now! Yay for Thursday being almost over! time

Normally I wouldn't agree with this, but given the level of professionalism at your office....

Haha!!! Right on. They're just gross. You don't want to even know the other stuff they have said. Chauvenistic (spelling?) pigs. Which is why I guess there are no other women working here.........

     Anyone hiring?? LOL

  • Oh dear.  I remember those days.  I had one guy in my office that literally commented on my weight gain every time he saw me.  WHAT an a$$.

Yes- being pregnant gives you license to tell them to STFU and get their own d*mn coffee.  :)
